The HTED-III Electronic Detonator Intelligent Production Line consists of three main modules: wire processing, detonator assembly, and automatic packaging.
- The wire processing module includes functions such as automatic unwinding of leg wires, cutting, winding, binding, stripping, installation of the lower cover of the junction box, and visual inspection with rejection of defective products.
- The detonator assembly module includes automatic processes such as rubber plug injection molding, riveting and welding of leg wires to chips, solder joint inspection, basic detonator assembly bayonet, bayonet inspection, electrical parameter testing, chip three-code binding, laser coding, assembly of the upper cover of the junction box, and coding of the junction box (retaining stations for automatic glue injection into the junction box and online welding of junction box terminals).
- The automatic packaging module includes functions such as automatic unloading, automatic bagging, automatic sealing, automatic boxing, automatic placement of instructions, automatic labeling, automatic weighing, label visual inspection, and automatic sealing (retaining stations for manual code supplementation and manual packaging).
The three modules are seamlessly integrated to enable continuous, unmanned, and intelligent production.

- Comprises threading, cutting, stripping, splitting, twisting, lower cover assembly, winding strap inspection, twisting inspection, lower cover inspection, and automatic defective product rejection functions.

- **In-Mold Injection and Post-Processing (Dual-Line Parallel Process):**
- Single-line injection equipment capacity: 3,000 detonators per hour.
- **Chip Testing and Core Stripping & Cutting Equipment:**
- Single-line designed production capacity: 3,600 detonators per hour.
- **Base Tube Clamp, Three-Code Binding, Silicone Grease Application, Upper Cover Assembly:**
- Designed production capacity: 3,600 detonators per hour.
- Clip coding capacity: 3,270 detonators per hour.
- **Automatic Bagging Machine:**
- Features bag forming, folding, sealing, labeling, and vacuum sealing mechanisms.

- **Unboxing Machine and Robotic Boxing:**
- Single machine supplies dual lines; post-bagging products are robotically boxed.
